{tag:studenci} - a student at the Faculty of Construction, Architecture and Environmental Engineering at the Technical University of Lodz, created the "RESIDENCE Boginia" project, which she described as a space for an athlete with a passion for cinema. Her building is characterized by simplicity and functionality, as well as harmony with nature.

terrain
The terrain of the site is characterized by great variety, which gives the building a unique dynamic and allows for a unique spatial layout with multiple levels. The key goal of the project was to separate two separate zones - one for guests or children and the other dedicated to the athlete, which ensures functionality and comfort.

The building consists of two cuboids, set at an acute angle, which creates a dynamic spatial composition. This arrangement provides a better view of different parts of the plot and the surrounding green landscape, maximizing the viewing potential of the location. This angle is united by a communicative function, providing a central point of entry to the house. The connector, in addition to its practical role, presents a modern approach to architecture, harmoniously combining aesthetics with functionality. Thanks to its innovative design, the building not only fits perfectly into its natural surroundings, but also introduces elements of contemporary architectural art, emphasizing its unique character and integration with the landscape.

The building has a very simple, single-story form, not dominating the surrounding nature. This is a deliberate effort by the project's author, who was keen on harmonious interplay between architecture and nature. In her projects, she always tries to ensure that buildings do not over power the natural surroundings, but form a coherent whole with them.
Thanks to its single-story form, the building offers greater privacy and intimacy to its residents. This spatial arrangement allows for free arrangement of interiors and opening them up to different views, which further emphasizes the relationship with the surrounding greenery. As a result, the project not only meets functional requirements, but also aesthetically blends into the natural environment, creating a place full of peace and harmony.

color scheme and materials
The color scheme of the building is based on contrasting colors of white and black, which create a striking contrast with the surrounding greenery. White brings freshness and brightness, while black adds elegance and modernity. The main terraces are made of black stone, which not only enhances the sophisticated look, but also provides durability and weather resistance.

A rich number of openwork, or perforated elements, create interesting chiaroscuro effects on the facade. These structures not only add aesthetics, but also regulate the amount of light entering the interiors, providing thermal comfort. The natural shaping of the facade allows the creation of dynamic patterns of light and shadow at different times of the day, giving the building a unique character.
