Quick-Step is a Belgian flooring brand produced by Unilin, which has been successively developing for more than 20 years on the Polish market. As part of its chosen strategy, the company wants to make the floor selection process as easy as possible for the consumer. This is to be helped, among other things, by modern Concept Stores, i.e. the brand's showrooms, where modern tools and expert support from specialists are available. In the second half of February, the brand opened its stores in Warsaw at 116 Bartycka Street (SuperParkiet) and in Cracow at 58 Zakopiańska Street (Quercus), thus offering a rich, interactive and personalized shopping experience to Polish consumers. The latest opening - in Poznań - is scheduled for March 5 this year.

Belgian quality at your fingertips

Quick-Step's new concept stores are designed to improve customers' shopping experience and make choosing a floor a simple and pleasant process. This is made possible by professional advice from experts in the showrooms, but also by a very attractive, inspiring product presentation. Concept Stores were designed in accordance with the phygital trend, which combines the words "physical" and "digital." It assumes that although consumers continue to enjoy shopping online, they also have a need to experience - to check, touch, try on or talk directly and get advice from a salesperson. The brand's new stores combine these needs in one place.

"Buy as you like". - You can start choosing your flooring yourself at home or in the store, or with the expert help of a salesperson. No matter how you like to shop, you'll find a floor to suit your needs here! In creating the modern Concept Stores, we were guided by a thought: you never get a second chance to make a good first impression. We want to provide customers with a unique experience of our brand and invite them into the world of Quick-Step, so the showrooms are definitely more than a "point of sale." - says Patrycja Krogul, Marketing Manager of Unilin, manufacturer of the Quick-Step brand. - Poland is an important market for us and all the time we see more and more opportunities for development right here. We are confident that the new concept will appeal to our domestic consumers," she adds.

Harmony of information and inspiration

In the modern zones of the Quick-Step brand, customers have the opportunity to view products, get inspiration and make purchases. This process is facilitated, among other things, by digital solutions available at stationary and on the website, i.e. RoomViewer or FloorExplorer - Quick-Step's proprietary tools. They can also view physical samples in actual sizes, making it extremely easy to choose the right color or texture similar to wood or stone. The brand's showrooms will feature bestsellers selected by experts, the latest collections and trends - both laminate and vinyl panels. Customers will find matching accessories, such as skirting boards or finishing profiles, as well as accessories for keeping the floor clean. At the same time, they can learn more about the installation technology developed by Quick-Step - Uniclic®.
