Marlena Michalska

A student at the Silesian University of Technology's Faculty of Architecture, she began her first year of studies at the Rzeszow University of Technology, but quickly missed her native Silesia. She continued her education at Universidad Politecnica de Valencia and Universita di Genova, in the meantime completing an internship at the largest and oldest design office in Budapest - KÖZTI Architects & Engineers.

At the university, she collaborated as a member of the organizing committee in the First International Interdisciplinary Conference SAUL - Senses in Architecture, Urban Landscaping and Design and belonged as marketing coordinator to the Interfaces student group.

Her portfolio includes works awarded in many international and national competitions, including first place in the competition for the development of an urban-architectural concept for the development and construction of the market square inJanów organized by SARP Katowice, 1st place in a competition to develop an urban-architectural concept for the development of land located in Bytom, or 2nd place in an international competition to design social housing in Valencia.
