"A responsible developer takes a forward-looking approach to investment," "cooperation is based on dialogue," "sensitivity to the creation of high-quality spaces," "bond of interest," "respect for the spatial context" are the most common characteristics of a responsible investor that architects emphasize.

In this issue, we wanted to ask about the quality of emerging buildings and public spaces in the context of investor-design responsibility. How is this responsibility distributed? What are the investment conditions in Poland, and what is the result of them?
