New Fire Resistance Classification Reports for AS 75EI doors are not the only certifications Aluron has received for its fire protection systems in recent weeks.

The company received the following in November. National Technical Assessment allowing it to market fire walls in classes EI 30 and EI 60 constructed on the basis of the AS 75EI system fixed in rigid structures.

Fire walls based on the AS 75EI system

The AS 75EI fire wall solution is designed to be glazed with Contraflam 30 and Contraflam 60-3 panes produced by the renowned manufacturer Vetrotech Saint-Gobain Poland. According to the certification obtained, partitions of this type can reach a height of 4800 mm for fire resistance class EI30 and 4000 mm for EI60. Aluron's fire walls can be installed vertically or at an angle of ± 10° from the vertical.

The system's design allows for the production of walls with four frame profile widths of: 54, 64, 76 and 125 mm and four mullion widths of 75, 85, 97 and 146 mm. System reinforcing profiles can be mounted from the outside and inside, and are available in two widths: 40 and 17 mm.

The National Technical Assessment issued by ITB takes into account the possibility of creating angled wall connections, as well as bolted connections and wall expansion joints in internal and external applications.
