22ARCHITEKCI sp. z o.o.

22ARCHITEKCI sp. z o. o. is an architectural office founded in 2010 by four partners. Since the beginning of its activity, the studio has been associated with Saska Kępa, where its headquarters are located. The studio achieved its first successes by participating in architectural competitions. Today, the office employs more than 20 people and works for private and public clients throughout Poland, implementing residential, office and public buildings.

In architecture, we have always been interested in the logic of solutions and its aesthetic dimension as the foundation of activities, but also its economic, social and environmental dimensions. In our projects we place a strong emphasis on an interdisciplinary approach, the urban context and the future impact of the building on its surroundings. We perceive the design process as an intensive dialogue with the client to achieve the common goal of investment realization and satisfaction of future users.

To ensure the highest possible quality of documentation, we develop our projects using BIM technology. We also cooperate with trusted industry designers from all over Poland, who, knowing the local conditions, streamline the administrative process. We provide design services from the initial investment analysis, through concepts, master plans, to multi-discipline construction, bidding and detailed designs, as well as author supervision.
