The Tax Administration Chamber in Łódź has announced a competition to develop an architectural concept for the renovation, expansion, and addition of stories to the existing buildings at 25 Poznańska Street in Łęczyca, along with the development of the surrounding area.

The competition is an open , single-stage competition .

The plot in Łęczyca covered by the competition currently contains a utility building and a detached residential building listed in the Municipal Register of Historic Monuments. Competition proposals should include the creation of jobs for 45 people, a service hall, a room for individual consultations, restroom facilities, and staff rooms, as well as a utility and technical area.

Competition entries will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

• functional and practical solutions 0–40%,
• architectural and aesthetic qualities 0–10%,
• structural and material solutions of the project and its innovative character 0–10%,
• cost of preparing the design documentation, including the transfer of copyright to the competition entry and design documentation, and the cost of author supervision: 0–40%.
