Poznañ Social Housing Association has announced an urban planning and architectural competition for the development of a concept for a complex of multi-family residential buildings with land development located in Poznañ at Bielicowa Street.

The competition is an implementation competition, limited, one-stage.
The subject of the competition is the development of an urban and architectural concept of a multi-family residential complex together with the development of the area located in Poznań at Bielicowa Street, consisting of:
- multi-family residential buildings implemented in the segment of social housing;
- service premises located in the first floors of the residential buildings;
- an above-ground cubic garage;
- optional: with garage(s) located below ground level (located in: residential building(s), above-ground cubic garage);
- landscaping with a system of internal roads and above-ground parking spaces;
- development with greenery performing additional retention functions.
The area of the site covered by the competition is nearly 1.5 hectares. It is assumed that the estimated floor area of apartments (PUM) will be no less than 12,000 m² and about 400 m² of service area.
The buildings should be envisaged as simple forms, as repetitive as possible, economical in implementation and operation, energy-efficient with low utility costs, designed with respect for environmental protection principles.
The design should provide for 15% one-room units with a floor area of 30 to 40 m², 55% two-room units with a floor area of 40 to 50 m² and 30% three-room units with a floor area of 50 to 63 m².

- First Prize - PLN 35,000 gross and an invitation to participate in the public procurement procedure, conducted in the form of a sole-source contract.
- II Prize - PLN 25,000 gross
- III Prize - PLN 15,000 gross
