The implementation competition for the renovation, reconstruction and expansion of the historic Juliusz Osterwa theater building in Lublin has been resolved. Three projects were submitted for the competition.

The competition court, chaired by Elżbieta Przesmycka and composed of: Andrzej Tokajuk (referee), Marek Mikos, Piotr Walkowiak, Redbad Klynstra-Komarnicki, Piotr Czyżewski, Artur Patyra made a unanimous decision - the First Prize was awarded to the proposal of the AMC - Andrzej M. Choldzynski studio, the Second Prize was awarded to the JSK Architekci team, and the Third Prize was awarded to WXCA.

Design work is expected to be completed by the end of 2024, and construction work is planned for 2025-2027.
