Jury's reasoning
The award was given for the great sensitivity and finesse with which both the new pavilion and the existing context were treated. The small object was built in a landscaped garden next to an architecturally interesting single-family house, and despite the fact that it was given a different style than that used in the main building - it absolutely does not compete with its surroundings; in fact, it gives the impression as if it had always stood there. The jury also appreciated the functional solutions (the division into a main pavilion and a sauna with a guest room) and formal solutions (the upper lighting of the yoga room, the elevation made of fired wood).
