Jury opinion

Honorable mention was awarded for an interesting attempt to search for the function of a contemporary wedding house based on the analysis of tradition, culture, customs in the forest space as a place of celebration.
The proposal for spatial solutions of the wedding house is a creative dialogue about the quality of service spaces in the landscape of a coastal town. When analyzing the problem, the author was inspired by traditional dispersed holiday architecture, while attempting to respect the quality of the place without using a distinctive architectural dominant. The atmosphere of the urban ensemble creates the illusion of magically interpenetrating pavilions with the surrounding nature, and the whole is emphasized by a delicate and sparing architectural form based on natural wooden material.
