The second prize was awarded for an apt dialogue on the crisis of homelessness and attempts to create a friendly architectural space that supports the difficult therapeutic process. The author undertakes the revitalization of the place and attempts, as she puts it, „to level social boundaries and provide decent living conditions for people in a critical life situation.” The value of the proposed solution is the adoption of the principle of building a functional ascetic tissue based entirely on wooden technology. The composition of the premise was tied together by modernist architecture harmonizing with the existing buildings, while creating intimate, interpenetrating urban spaces, which are an undeniable value of the work.
