AZ-45 is a state-of-the-art aluminum system for making non-insulated interior architectural elements such as partitions, windows, doors, including sliding, swinging, folding and automatic doors, vestibules, showcases, cashier boxes, display cases, bent structures, etc. The structural depth of the sections is: 52.6 mm for window sash profiles and 44.6 mm for other sections. The offer includes profiles adapted for traditional surface hinges, as well as profiles with a euro-groove for a rebate hinge. Acceptable fillings range from 1- 28 mm. Fillings can be single or insulated glass, as well as sandwich panels, polycarbonate (chambered or solid), furniture boards, steel or aluminum sheet (in combination with polyurethane, polystyrene or hard mineral wool). Depending on the thickness of the filling, appropriate glazing strips and settlement gaskets made of EPDM synthetic rubber are selected.
