Diana Komorowicz

A second-year student of Architecture at Poznan University of Technology. Together with Eng. arch. Marika Lejczak, she won second place in the competition for the design of the Central Park in Leszno. Her installation was presented at the INDEX Saudi Arabia exhibition in Riyadh in 2023. In the "Best Diploma Architecture and Business 2025" plebiscite, her engineering work was honored with publication in the October issue as one of the selected ones nationwide and won 5th place in the public vote.
She gained her professional experience in the Poznan office of Atelier Starzak Strebicki, drawing inspiration from their years of experience in the Benelux countries and their conscious approach to the design of public spaces.
In her work, she focuses on people and the context of the place, combining functionality with fresh thinking. She is particularly interested in public and educational buildings - designed to realistically enhance the quality of everyday life, being not only functional, but also pleasing to the eye - and sometimes even surprising. She believes that architecture should be thoughtful, responsible and bring joy to people.
