Global Compact Network Poland has announced the appointment of a team for sustainable architecture. It is to be headed by Agnieszka Kalinowska-Sołtys, an architect and board member of APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio. The studio has been active in the United Nations Global Compact since 2020.

Global Compact Network Poland is a national network with an independent secretariat run and managed by the Global Compact Poland Foundation. It acts as a project office and a local contact and information point for Polish members and signatories of the UN Global Compact. The organization's main task is to identify challenges and opportunities in the field of sustainable development. The United Nations Global Compact, in turn, is the world's largest initiative bringing together businesses working for sustainable development, established by the UN Secretary-General in 2000. The UN Global Compact operates in 157 countries and has more than 14,000 members.

APA Wojciechowski Architects joined the GCNP team at the end of 2020, opening up new opportunities to work for a safe future for cities and their adaptation to climate change. Recently, Global Compact Network Poland announced the establishment of a Sustainable Architecture Team. Its chairwoman was Agnieszka Kalinowska-Sołtys, an architect, partner and board member of APA Wojciechowski Architects, as well as vice president of the Association of Polish Architects for the environment and climate protection.

United Nations Global Compact - the world's largest initiative bringing together businesses working for sustainable development. Inaugurated by the UN Secretary-General in 2000, it brings together companies developing strategies and actions based on ten universal principles (10 Principles) in the areas of human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, anti-corruption and taking action to help achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Global Compact Network Poland - a national network with an independent secretariat run and managed by the Global Compact Poland Foundation. It serves as a project office and a local contact and information point for Polish members and signatories of the UN Global Compact. Identifies challenges and opportunities in the field of sustainable development. It provides practical guidance and promotes actions to achieve the UN goals. In addition, GCNP provides substantive support to Polish members of the UN Global Compact in fulfilling their annual non-financial reporting obligation, from the activities undertaken by the company and the results achieved.
