Industry transforms into culture - a port that no longer wants to be empty

LYT-X Studio

LYT-X Studio is an architectural studio working in the field of architecture and urbanism, focusing on cultural architecture, adaptive re-development and community-oriented projects. The studio's work has been recognized in international competitions and trade publications, reflecting a commitment to research and practice in the built environment.

LYT-X Studio's projects are developed using a contextual approach, responding to the cultural, environmental and urban conditions of a given site. Instead of using a fixed formal language, design strategies are shaped by existing structures, historical layers and patterns of public use, treating architecture as a mediator between heritage and contemporary civic life.

Operating as a design and research group, LYT-X Studio brings together designers with expertise in architecture, urban strategy and public space design. As a result, the studio develops work focused on adaptive revitalization, public accessibility and long-term urban relevance, emphasizing solutions that integrate spatial clarity, environmental efficiency and community engagement.
