We offer comprehensive, multi-discipline design services in the full range of investment. We carry out absorptive capacity analyses, preliminary concepts, multi-discipline, construction projects, detailed designs, tender projects, along with site supervision. We have more than twelve years of experience in designing and supervising the course of the investment process.
We have gained experience with large projects, with a usable area of up to 30 thousand square meters, as well as smaller projects, such as single-family houses. We cooperate with large industry studios, so we can undertake any development. We have a mobile team, which we can quickly expand as needed.
We are a team that has gained experience with a very wide range of projects - large mixed-use developments, small residential developments, interior projects, designing multi-family, office, service or manufacturing developments.
We have cooperated with many architectural, trade or supervising studios in the realization of such buildings as a hotel-service-apartment building on Krawiecka Street in Wroclaw, a complex of residential buildings on Prądzyńskiego, Sikorskiego, Bajan, Zwycieska, Skarbowców, Braterska Streets in Wroclaw, a multi-phase reconstruction of the production facilities of Volvo Poland on Mydlana Street in Wroclaw or the realization of a scenography warehouse for the Wroclaw Opera House. We have also completed several competition projects, such as the Cuprum congress and hotel center in Wroclaw, the expansion of GSW in Opole, the residential building for Topacz "Marina III" and the church in the New Żerniki estate in Wroclaw. We have completed three Vapiano restaurants in Poland, including two in Warsaw.
Our main activity is concentrated in Wroclaw, but we have also completed several projects in Warsaw, Poznan, Jelenia Gora, Szklarska Poreba, Opole, Kudowa-Zdrój, Karpniki and the immediate vicinity of Wroclaw.
We are turning more and more towards ecology in our activities, but we are not concerned with artificially meeting the requirements necessary to obtain the appropriate certificate for the building, this is also important, but should not be an end in itself, we want to look at buildings in a more natural, traditional way, taking into account the natural processes around us, using them.
