Retencjapl

Retencjapl is a leading consultant in digital stormwater management in Poland. We support our clients in addressing their rainwater challenges. We help those who, like us, see water as a value, implement good rainwater practices.

We apply knowledge and scientific advances to our design and consulting practice, and we are effective through a pragmatic engineering approach. We create easy-to-use tools for digital stormwater management. We can be proud of the real results of our work. In 2020, we published the first PANDA digital atlas of gauge rainfall intensities, and it now forms the basis of the WaterFolder digital platform for drainage designers. The platform operates in 4 countries and has 30 tools for selecting various components of drainage systems, from vacuum roof drains to retention basins and oil separators. More than 10000 engineers have already used the platform's tools in more than 90,000 projects.

In 2025, we are planning the release of the WaterFolderConnect platform, which is designed to make the modeling process more common in everyday project work.

As a company, we place a very strong focus on education and knowledge sharing. That is why we have been organizing the Stormwater Poland conference series for the past ten years. This leading conference hosts about 400 participants from Poland and abroad every year, putting a premium on international knowledge exchange. We are also the organizer of practical training and workshops for designers, under the name WaterFolderDay, which attracts more than 700 participants every year.
