Piotr Blicharz

In 2021, I graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Architecture and Fine Arts at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow Academy, where the defended engineering thesis "Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway in Warsaw" was appreciated and awarded by the Norwegian Ambassador to Poland. I am currently gaining experience in the office of Ingarden & Ewy Architekci.

I have been connected with Norway for 23 years and it is the architecture there that has shaped my vision of design. In my projects I try to follow the words "Less is More" by Mies van der Rohe, which identify with Norwegian and Scandinavian architecture. Over the past few years I have had the opportunity to do construction apprenticeships on residential buildings in Norway, which allowed me to experience working with wood tangibly. I devote a lot of time to participating in the life of the HAUZ07 research circle at the Faculty of Architecture of the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow Academy, with which I have been continuously involved since 2017. In addition to architecture, I am also passionate about photography, which I combine with architecture.
