Madrid, July 14, 2026 TM Real Estate Group closed out 2025 with consolidated revenue of 318 million euros—a 24% increase compared to the previous year—and EBITDA of approximately 64 million euros. As a result, the Alicante-based holding company achieved one of the best results in its history and solidified its position as a leader in Spain’s residential tourism sector.

This growth was driven by strong demand for residential real estate, improved operating profitability, and an exceptionally solid financial position. The company ended the year with equity of 496 million euros, which allows it to pursue further investments without compromising the stability of its balance sheet.

In 2025, the Group continued to strengthen its business portfolio, recording an 84% increase in the value of residential projects under development, to €106 million, and a 30% increase in customer deposits for future deliveries, to €145 million. This represents a significant number of sales already under contract and ensures good visibility into future revenues.

This year was also marked by the development of strategic projects that strengthen the company’s domestic and international position. These include the TM Tower in Benidorm—set to be the tallest residential building in Europe— Distrito Xcalacoco Beach—a new residential development in Mexico City, the inauguration of the new corporate headquarters in Torrevieja, and the renewal of the partnership with Valencia CF as Main Global Partner.

Profitable Growth and Greater Operational Efficiency

The improvement in results is not solely due to revenue growth. TM has also increased its efficiency and profitability. EBITDA exceeded 64 million euros, representing an 84% increase compared to 2024. This confirms the Group’s ability to grow while maintaining cost control and effectively translating sales performance into profitability.

Sales of real estate development projects rose by 28% to €254 million, driven by continued strong demand for residential properties in the company’s core operating regions. The real estate development segment in Spain remained the main driver of growth, generating 80% of consolidated revenue.

TM maintains its position as the leader in Spain’s residential tourism sector and is consistently pursuing the objectives of the Horizonte TM 2024–2027 Strategic Plan, which aims to exceed 1.1 billion euros in cumulative revenue during this period.

The company has a land bank of approximately one million square meters and a portfolio of strategic locations along the Mediterranean coast, particularly in regions with high residential and tourism demand. Combined with in-depth knowledge of the international client base and management of the entire value chain of real estate development, this constitutes one of TM’s key competitive advantages.

TM Tower – the flagship residential project in Europe

One of the most significant events of 2025 was the unveiling of the TM Tower in Benidorm—the most prestigious residential project in the company’s history. The 230-meter-tall building, with 64 floors, 260 apartments, and over 10,000 m² of common areas, is set to become the tallest residential building in Europe.

The project, unveiled in September 2025, involves an investment of 140 million euros and has attracted significant market interest from the very beginning. Currently, half of the apartments have already been sold, confirming the project’s international appeal and its significance for the Group’s future portfolio.

TM Tower is scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2028. The project will ensure a steady stream of revenue in the coming years and will be the tenth high-rise building developed by TM in Benidorm. Over the past decade, the Group has invested over 400 million euros in this city.

Mexico: Hotel Development and a New Residential Investment in Playa del Carmen

International operations once again played a significant role in 2025. TM’s hotel segment in Mexico, operating under the brand The Fives Hotels & Residences, generated approximately 60 million euros in revenue, accounting for 20% of consolidated revenue, and recorded a 9% increase

The Fives is consistently strengthening its position on the Riviera Maya thanks to its premium hotel offering based on exceptional guest experiences, direct management, and the “All Senses Inclusive” concept. This business provides the Group with a stable, recurring source of revenue and complements its residential operations.

At the same time, TM has resumed its real estate development activities in Mexico through the Distrito Xcalacoco Beach project in Playa del Carmen. The project comprises 275 residential units and is valued at $65 million. The first phase, comprising 90 units, has been almost entirely sold out, and the second phase has also been very well received by customers from Mexico, the United States, and Spain.

Diversification: Las Moreras Fruit & Veggies Strengthens Its Agricultural Operations

In the area of diversification, TM continued to develop its agricultural company, Las Moreras Fruit & Veggies, which specializes in the production and sale of citrus fruits. The company maintained its presence in various European markets and expanded its operations to further strengthen the holding company’s diversified profile.

In 2025, Las Moreras Fruit & Veggies exported its products to Germany, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, and Poland.

New Corporate Headquarters in Torrevieja

The year 2025 also marked the opening of TM Real Estate Group’s new headquarters in Torrevieja, located on Plaza José Luis Serna and named in honor of the company’s founder.

The new headquarters earned LEED Platinum certification—the highest level awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council—holds an A energy rating, and was designed in accordance with the WELL standard as well as Smart Building principles and full accessibility guidelines.

Extension of the Partnership with Valencia CF

Another strategic milestone in 2025 was the extension of the sponsorship agreement between TM Real Estate Group and Valencia CF. The partnership strengthens the brand’s national and international recognition, as well as its ties to the Valencian Community, the Mediterranean region, and key European markets interested in residential tourism in Spain.

The agreement maintains TM’s status as Valencia CF’s Main Global Partner and enables the implementation of networking, hospitality, brand activation, and international promotion activities in collaboration with LALIGA.

Corporate Responsibility: Over 90% of the Second General Plan Implemented

In 2025, TM Real Estate Group continued to develop its strategies for corporate responsibility, sustainable development, and corporate governance. The company has fulfilled over 90% of the 50 environmental, social, and governance commitments set out in the Second General Corporate Responsibility Plan.

This progress was recognized with the ASPRIMA-SIMA Award for Most Significant ESG Progress, granted for initiatives in the areas of the environment, social responsibility, and corporate governance.

Pablo Serna, CEO of TM Real Estate Group, emphasized:

The year 2025 was a pivotal period for TM. We increased revenue and EBITDA, strengthened our financial position, and launched projects that will shape the company’s future, such as the TM Tower in Benidorm, Distrito Xcalacoco Beach in Mexico, and our new corporate headquarters.

We are entering the second phase of the TM Horizonte 2027 Plan as a stronger and more international company, with a project portfolio that allows us to continue leading the Mediterranean residential tourism sector. At the same time, we remain committed to the idea of responsible growth that creates real value for people and regions.
