Dolnych Młynów 10 in Kraków and NOHO ONE in Warsaw were recognized in two categories at the 2026–2027 International Property Awards. This is one of the most recognized international programs in the real estate industry, which for over 30 years has been honoring the best development, architectural, and interior design projects from around the world.
Dolnych Młynów 10
Dolnych Młynów 10 won in the Mixed-Use Development for Poland category. The project restores the historic complex of the former Imperial-Royal Cigar and Tobacco Products Factory to the city, transforming it into a multifunctional part of Kraków. Apartments, culture, dining, services, and hospitality come together here in a single, cohesively designed space. It will feature the original FoodStory dining concept and Poland’s first Hoxton hotel. Dolnych Młynów 10 sets a new standard for revitalization—one that not only preserves the site’s heritage but also gives it a new purpose and reintegrates it into the life of the city.
NOHO One
NOHO ONE was awarded in the Residential Development 20+ Units for Poland category. NOHO’s flagship development at Rondo Daszyńskiego sets a new standard for luxury living in the heart of Warsaw. The project combines fully finished apartments, over 1,500 m² of private Lifestyle Zone designed by the renowned YODEZEEN studio, a private park, and carefully curated dining options and services. It is one of the most ambitious apartment developments in Poland, conceived as a complete ecosystem for everyday life, rather than merely a place to live.
Dolnych Młynów 10
The European Property Awards, in which both projects were recognized, constitute the European component of the International Property Awards. For over three decades, the program has honored projects that set the direction for the development of contemporary architecture and the real estate market.
