Studio Massimo

Studio Massimo is an Amsterdam-based architecture firm founded by Max Verhoeven. The studio operates according to the principle of “form follows nature,” designing architecture that is closely tied to the landscape and local context. In its projects, the studio focuses on natural materials, bio-based construction, timber structures, the reuse of materials, and the promotion of biodiversity. Craftsmanship, refined details, and the creation of buildings that do not dominate their surroundings but rather become part of them are also key elements of the studio’s approach.
