Gardenphilia DESIGNER is specialized software that supports the full life cycle of a green space project - from inventory and conceptualization, through spatial modeling, to execution documentation and cost estimation.
The tool was developed by industry practitioners to optimize work in landscape architecture studios. The system integrates drawing on the plan view (2D) with dynamic preview of the spatial model (3D), enabling ongoing verification of design decisions and generation of photorealistic visualizations for the investor.

Design workshop
The software offers a precise working environment based on a system of layers, allowing the import and calibration of geodetic and map bases.

Terrain modeling: tools for terrain shaping (leveling), allowing to define slopes, embankments, basins and terracing. Ability to map terrain slopes and water body surfaces in a 3D model.

2D/3D synchronization: changes made in the plan view are immediately rendered in the perspective view, improving collision control and spatial composition.

Advanced simulation of changes over time
A key asset of Gardenphilia DESIGNER is a unique module for simulating greenery changes, going beyond standard 3D application libraries.

Growth Dynamics (4D): Simulation of plant growth over a time horizon of up to 50 years. This enables analysis of target planting sizes and their interaction in the future.

Phenological analysis: Visualization of seasonal variation with day-to-day accuracy (including flowering, discoloration, leafless habit).

Plant and material libraries
Gardenphilia DIGITAL MODELS - digital plant models.
The program's distinguishing feature from the competition is its unique greenery visualization technology. In addition to the standard texture database, the user gets access to Gardenphilia DIGITAL MODELS - a constantly developing library of high-quality 3D models.

Botanical precision: 3D models are not simplified solids, but a faithful representation of the habit of specific species and varieties. This makes it possible to create visualizations in external rendering engines that are almost no different from a photo (photorealistic rendering).

"WOW" effect for the investor: With these models, you can show the customer not only the general greenery, but the specific leaf structure, tree habit or bark texture. This is a key sales argument, allowing the investor to fully understand the designer's intentions.

Gardenphilia DESIGNER eliminates the problem of "swapping" materials at the implementation stage. Thanks to integration with product4.design, you design using digital libraries of real products available on the Polish market. This database is continuously updated and includes leading manufacturers of pavement, lighting and small architecture. By inserting an object into your design, you are assured that it is dimensionally consistent with reality and available for purchase.

Using these libraries drastically speeds up the cost estimation process - the system automatically counts specific product models used in the project. There are more than 8000 plants and almost 10000 product variants from 30 brands in the library.

Technical documentation and interoperability
Gardenphilia DESIGNER automates the process of creating the descriptive and costing part of the project.

Billsof quantities: Automatic generation of site balance, bills of materials and planting tables with the possibility to export to spreadsheets (for the purposes of the works estimate and the investor's cost estimate).

Export and Render: Generate projections and 3D views in high 8K resolution with configurable scale and sheet layout.

Open formats: Support for import/export of raster and vector files. The new glTF import and export functionality allows you to transfer your project geometry to external rendering engines (such as Lumion, Twinmotion or D5) for hyper-realistic visualizations.

Licensing and system requirements
The software works in Windows (10/11) and macOS environments, in a hybrid model (offline operation with online library updates).
