COR Architecture + Design is a Spanish architecture and engineering firm founded in 2006 by Jesús Olivares and Miguel Rodenas. The firm is headquartered in Alicante and has offices in other Spanish cities, carrying out projects both domestically and internationally. Its practice combines architecture, design, and technical consulting, with a particular focus on sustainable development, energy efficiency, and solutions that minimize the environmental impact of buildings. The firm undertakes projects of various scales and functions—ranging from cultural, educational, and public facilities to residential and office buildings, as well as interior design projects.
