CORREA+FATEHI | ODD

Founded by Lucas Correa and co-directed by Parshan Fatehi, CORREA+FATEHI | ODD is an architecture studio based in Quito, Ecuador, now expanding to Toronto, Canada. The studio's award-winning work includes residential, hotel and urban design projects, known for their spatial clarity and intelligent use of material.

Founded in 2015, the studio was established with a clear mission: to create original, place-based architecture that responds to context with precision, purpose and cultural relevance. Their approach, referred to as adaptive grounding, treats each project as a system shaped by context, material and long-term use.

Working at a variety of scales - from carefully designed spaces to complex urban structures - the studio combines design rigor with strategic thinking to create realizations that are both rooted and forward-looking.
