Chief specialist in the Spatial Planning Department of the Cracow City Hall and research and teaching assistant professor at the Faculty of Architecture, Cracow University of Technology. President of the Krakow branch of the Society of Polish Urban Planners, member of MPOIA. For years he has been working with institutions involved in shaping sensitivity to spatial order and aesthetics. In his scientific work, he researches issues related to planning and spatial management in Poland, with a particular focus on Krakow.
