The production facility in Tychy opened in 2019 and has been intensively expanding further since then. Just a year after the plant opened, Schöck boasted a new Q assembly line, which was not only the latest generation of such workstations, but above all meant safe, ergonomic and comfortable work for the operator.
This year, the factory can boast another new production line. In September 2022, another production line dedicated to Isokorb® product type T K M1-M6 was commissioned and put into operation.
The additional production capacity makes it possible to fulfill customer orders even faster. The new production line is a standard solution in place at the Schöck Group's assembly plants. Similar lines can be found at the Baden-Baden, Essen and Pucking factories.
Schöck relies on standardization to ensure product repeatability and high quality. The assembly line is equipped with a system to control the position and quantity of bars as well as other key parameters necessary to ensure the highest quality products.
The line is also equipped with a Pick-by-Light system to assist the worker in proper assembly. The assembly tables are made with the highest technology to ensure safe operation.
Already at the planning stage of the line, ergonomic work requirements were taken into account to avoid unnecessary worker fatigue. The tables are equipped with electric lifts that allow them to be adjusted to the individual needs of the operator.
