We are a manufacturer of innovative and environmentally friendly GoTherm® and AT Termo protective-insulating paints.

Termo insulating paint est a relatively new product on the market, but it has already gained the favor of many professionals. It can be used instead of styrofoam, especially where it is not possible to lay it. Did you know that 1 mm of thermo-insulating paint is equivalent to 2 cm of Styrofoam? Thermofoil is also used in industrial plants and protection of pipes, for example, with hot water.

Do you want to learn more about insulating coating? What surfaces can it be applied to, what are its properties? Do you know what tools are best to apply it with? You will learn all this from our article.

Thermal insulation paint - what is it?

Thermal insulating paint forms a layer that insulates heat and reflects solar radiation. The paint is composed of microspheres, in which there is a vacuum similar to that found in a vacuum. And this increases the resistance to heat. It is worth noting that a small layer of paint is enough to notice its actions. And so, painting the hall with a layer of just 0.5 mm, will begin to reflect sunlight from it, effectively reducing the heating of the interior. Slightly thicker layers need to be applied to counteract mold and mildew on the wall (1 mm of paint). On the other hand, to insulate hot surfaces, such as pipes in factories, a layer of 1.3 mm paint is sufficient.
