Trim strips for "light-wet" building insulation systems

11 of January '23

Bella Plast has been a leader in the production of trims and finishing profiles for thermal insulation systems for more than 25 years.

Comprehensive finishing of every facade edge

Bella Plast finishing profiles ensure technically correct termination and fusion of the layers of the system in places where there is an edge, i.e. an area within which all layers of the system: thermal facing, glass mesh, glue and plaster end. The profile is designed to securely weld these layers together without the possibility of delamination in the future.

It is therefore worth taking care of the proper selection of profiles and thus ensure the durability of the thermal insulation facade for many years and increase its aesthetic and design qualities.

The basic edges in the BSO facade (jointless thermal insulation systems) include: the connection between the plaster and the window frame - here we use expansion joint skirting boards (BP13 series), all elements (shapes) protruding outside the facade e.g. balcony, terrace, bay window or bay window. Balcony, terrace, oriel, or most commonly: the lower end of the facade over a retracted plinth - here we install drip caps (BP14 series), then any corners: around windows, doors, or the corner of the building - here we use reinforcing angles (BP10 series) and more specialized profiles: system expansion joint (BP15) or (BP16 angle) at the location of the course of the division of buildings (set on separate footings) or when the horizontal span of the facade exceeds 15 m).

And many, many others, including decorative rustication strips (BP11 series), decorative imitation sheet metal "on the seam" (BP19) or finishing facade strips (BP22 series) used at the border of the change of plaster grain and/or its color.
