BoConcept intensifies online activities

15 of April '20

Locked inside four walls, we do not at all have to give up design at the highest level. On the contrary, right now is a good time to appreciate the craftsmanship of Danish design - simplicity and functionality of furniture that will give everyday life an unusual dimension.

Due to the temporary closure of stationary showrooms, the BoConcept brand is focusing its activities in the e-commerce sphere. At the moment, all BoConcept showroom employees work in home office mode and invariably remainavailable to customers by phone and email. One can also visit the BoConcept website and ask a representative a question. Additional information can be obtained by filling out a short questionnaire located on the company's website next to each product description.

3D virtual store

The most important element of moving BoConcept's Warsaw showrooms to the Internet is the Virtual Store. BoConcept has moved the entire Warsaw showroom to virtual reality in 3D technology. Customers can visit it without leaving their homes, take a close look at each product and learn about its dimensions, price, as well as possibilities to adapt it to a specific interior.

Kamila Maślanka owner of the Warsaw BoConcept showroom says:

Despite the exceptional situation, we are still working very intensively. We have expanded electronic customer service in social media channels - on Facebook and Instagram, as well as through Facetime and Zoom applications. Through this channel, we now provide customers with personalized advice on interior styling, as well as detailed information about our products and services. All orders and shipments are completed on time and without hindrance. We are already inviting our customers to the Virtual Store, which allows them to visit the BoConcept showroom in Warsaw without leaving home.

personalized online designer advice

The interior design service is still available to clients. Direct meetings with designers have been replaced by video consultations. During such a conversation, the client's expectations are discussed, followed by a virtual presentation of the BoConcept collection, with a focus on products that meet the specific needs of a given developer. Clients who want to see the collection live, as well as learn about the configuration possibilities of individual systems, can make a telephone appointment for an individual meeting in the Warsaw showroom. The showroom is made available at the agreed time only to interested customers, while maintaining all necessary security measures.
