The symposium was accompanied by an exhibition of architectural and stage design works, including the latest productions in Poland and abroad, and a presentation of contemporary technological solutions for theater and television. The exhibition could be seen in the Senate Room of the Theater Academy, and later in the gallery at the Zamoyski Palace, the headquarters of the Association of Polish Architects at 2 Foksal Street in Warsaw.

For the organizers, the event is also a form of thanks to late friends for their many years of service to PC OISTAT, their sustained substantive contributions and collegial cooperation. Ewa Więckowska-Kosmala, acoustician, and Maciek Wojciechowski, theater technologist, passed away in 2022 and 2023. They collaborated with many architects who were invited to participate in the symposium and exhibition.
