From the insulation of the subfloor and pipes to tools such as tackers and scissors, Ferro has prepared a comprehensive system for underfloor heating, the components of which are adapted to different installation conditions and investors' needs, while always fully compatible with each other Simply COMPLETE CONNECTION.
New additions to the heating system product range include top-quality 5-layer F-POWER PEX and F-COMFORT PERTpipes with EVOH barrier, proven subfloor insulation systems, as well as installation tools such as an ergonomic tacker and pipe clips.

The main advantage of the new Ferro system is its consistency and comprehensiveness - products from the Ferro Group's existing offer, such as pump groups, manifolds and connectors, form a complete offer with the presented novelties, which gives the opportunity to select components according to the needs and conditions of a given investment. Thanks to this, investors and contractors can buy all components in one place and be sure that they will fit together.
The Ferro underfloor heating system includes two types of pipes - F-POWER PEX (red) and F-COMFORT PERT (gray). Both are 5-layer and have an EVOH barrier - a layer that protects against the penetration of atmospheric oxygen into the system, thereby preventing corrosion of its components.
F-POWER PEX pipe, made of PEXa plastic with a very high degree of cross-linking is characterized by high flexibility and shape memory. In the event of its kinking, the pipe can be easily restored to its original form by gently heating it with a heat gun. Its selection is recommended wherever it is required to lay loops of complex shape. F-COMFORT PERT pipe made of 2nd generation heat resistant polyethylene with EVOH barrier combines flexibility with increased resistance to high temperature and pressure.

Ferro also offers as many as three variants of insulation for underfloor heating - from the economical solution of aluminum foil with printed louvre to be laid on polystyrene, to the ready-to-lay mat - foil integrated with polystyrene with a thickness of 30 mm, to the system plates with tabs, which allow installation of pipes without any tools. For proponents of traditional installation on foil or mat, Ferro's high-quality clips and tackers are available to greatly improve installation. Also available in Ferro's new range are scissors for cutting multilayer pipes, an uncoiler that makes it easier to maneuver the pipe while laying it and prevents it from twisting, and self-adhesive edge tape.

Safety and durability for years
Each component of the Ferro system is designed for years of trouble-free operation and ease of installation. The full anti-diffusion barrier (EVOH) of the pipes effectively protects against oxygen penetration, which protects the metal parts of the system from corrosion and extends its life. In turn, ergonomic tools, such as a tacker or uncoiler, make installation easier and faster, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Fittings, manifolds and cabinets - completing the system
Ferro underfloor heating system is not only pipes, installation accessories and tools. Already well known and appreciated by installers are Ferro manifolds - sold as complete, pre-assembled sets with thermostatic valves and flow meters in various sizes - from 2 to 12 sections, with the possibility of extension if necessary. This is a labor-saving, leak-proof and durable solution.

Another new Ferro product is manifold cabinets - robust and well-designed, they provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance to the installation as well as service convenience. They are available in surface-mounted and flush-mounted versions in several sizes suitable for manifolds alone or with a pump group. An important addition are Ferro twist connectors that ensure a durable and reliable connection (as confirmed by tests in Ferro laboratories) of the pipe to the manifold. Available in three sizes (3/4"-16x2mm; 3/4"-17x2mm; 1/2"-16x2mm), they fit all Ferro pipes and manifolds.
