A modern elementary school has opened in Warsaw's Mokotow district on Konstruktorska Street - the school was developed by Echo Investment and Archicom as part of a housing spec and accompanied the construction of the Modern Mokotow project.
This is not just another educational facility, but a model example of how to consciously use cooperation between the public and private sectors.

The concept was developed by the WWAA design studio. The premise was to use as many natural materials as possible, i.e. concrete, wood and stone, and to achieve a minimalist form. The style, inspired by American schools, means open areas, as well as large windows in classrooms - and these generate reverberation.

Therefore, acoustic comfort of students became one of the important issues of the project. The classrooms and gymnasium use the Ecophon Saga™ wood wool system, which eliminates echoes and noise, allowing them to focus on learning.
