Zacisze Marcelin Estate

12 of August '22

The project plans three three-story buildings and a wide range of available apartments, with sizes ranging from 27 to 88 sqm and layouts from one to four rooms. Functional interiors are enriched with large glazing and spacious balconies overlooking green areas. The project's elegant character is highlighted by a minimalist anthracite-white facade with brick accents.

An additional asset of the estate is a public park, rich in plant compositions. Among the greenery there is also a playground for the youngest. Zacisze Marcelin is an investment that guarantees residents a high comfort of life. It is an ideal place for people who appreciate both convenience, peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Spacious balconies have been equipped with a load-bearing thermal insulation joint Schöck Isokorb®. By reducing the influence of thermal bridges, we reduce the cost of heating rooms - we no longer heat balconies or other external elements that create thermal bridges - heat stays in the room longer. In addition, we minimize the impact of thermal bridges caused by balconies, attics, balustrades, etc., saving the expense of reheating rooms. We eliminate the effect of a cold wall. We prevent a decrease in temperature on the inner surface of building partitions causing condensation of water vapor contained in the air. We prevent the formation of mildew, the falling off of plaster on the inner surface of building partitions and the dampness of structural elements inside these partitions. By giving up the already unnecessary insulation around external elements (and screeds in the case of balconies), we can obtain thin and slender elements, an effect often expected by architects.
