It all started with a stone. We take a look inside an apartment in Zoliborz.

13 of November '23

Entering the apartment shown today, one is immediately greeted by an atmosphere of unforced elegance and comfort. 113 m² has been completely tailored to the needs of a demanding investor. Her life is a constant whirl of activity, and the pace of the day is fast and intense.

The apartment was therefore intended to be a multifunctional oasis. Katarzyna Szostakowska of the Kate&Co design studio had to adjust the layout of the rooms so as to divide the space into a zone where the owner would spend time receiving guests and one where she would work and sleep.

The view from the hallway immediately invites you to move on to the living area of the apartment. It is impossible to pass indifferently by the huge island covered with natural stone. It is here that the owner prepares exquisite dishes for her loved ones. From the stone everything began. "It was worth a visit to Pruszkow- the Cosentino center located near Warsaw, where I first showed a client the selected slabs of stone - Sensa Black Beauty. It was love at first sight and thus the whole arrangement of the apartment was created around this material. The stone was found not only on the countertops in the kitchen. It also decorates the wall in the kitchen, the bar and even the cabinet under the TV." - Katarzyna Szostakowska says about the project.
