The former Bourgeois Brewery is located in the very center of Wroclaw. The redevelopment gave it new functions that adapted the derelict building to the current needs of the city, both culturally and economically. The preserved industrial atmosphere combined with the addition of a modern and futuristic dome gives the building a lightness without disturbing the old industrial image.

The entrance hall was planned as a large open space. A glass dome was added to illuminate the entire room and build up the space. The shape and form of the dome are inspired by the Club House building by Shigeru Ban Architects, which is located in South Korea. The incoming sunlight, thanks to the form on the dome's surface, creates a play of light on its floor, which changes with the time of day. The entrance area houses the hotel reception and the facility's information desk.

Part of the entrance hall is the Green Terrace Café. It is located on the first floor, but blends into the atrium. Its decor, in order to keep the rooms consistent, has been aesthetically matched to the entrance area. The dominant colors are shades of green, gold and white. The large open space has been warmed by lush vegetation. The café serves light meals, sweets and hot drinks.
Directly from the entrance hall one can reach the area where the auditoriums are located.

The second floor of the Bourgeois Brewery has been developed into a hotel zone. It is located just above the auditoriums. There are a total of fifteen hotel rooms on two floors, which are made available for guests attending conferences. This is a big advantage of the place, especially for congresses lasting several days, being able to stay overnight in the same building is quite a convenience.

There is also a hotel restaurant. Maintained in an industrial style, it is reminiscent of the old Bourgeois Brewery building, and can accommodate up to two hundred people. There is also a beer pump room on this floor. The interiors are decorated in the atmosphere of the old brewery, the decor refers to the former function of this room.

The entire second floor of the Bourgeois Brewery serves as a hotel. The interiors of the rooms are kept in green and gray, and brick elements have also been left.

3rd floor

The third floor has a conference function. The interiors were designed in the pattern of glass booths, which gives the rooms lightness. To allude to the industrial character of the building, the walls are clad in corrugated sheet metal.

The design premise was to create a place vibrant with life, while not forgetting its history and industrial character. The concept of giving both congressional and hotel functions to a historically significant site will affect the city's attractiveness.
