On May 21, the second edition of Future Architecture Forum 2026 took place in the spectacular Look Up Events space on the 41st and 42nd floors of Warsaw's Skyliner. The event brought together architects, interior designers, smart home technology integrators and new technology industry experts from across Poland and abroad, confirming the growing importance of dialogue between architecture, technology and people.

This year's edition was held under the motto SYMBIOZA - an idea that defines the contemporary approach to design, in which technology does not dominate space, but consciously supports the comfort, functionality and quality of users' daily life. At the center of the discussions was the human being and his experience of space - both emotionally and practically.

The conference enjoyed an excellent turnout. Throughout the day, Look Up Events' spaces were teeming with conversations, exchange of experiences and networking. Participants had the opportunity not only to listen to inspiring speeches, but also to confront different design perspectives during extended panel discussions.

Future Architecture Forum 2026 was opened by Marcin Prokop with a lecture on competencies of the future in a world dominated by the development of new technologies and artificial intelligence. The speaker highlighted the importance of creativity, analytical skills and mental toughness as key competencies of the future - including in the design industry.

Also of great interest was a speech by Jan Sikora of Sikora Creative Architecture, who talked about the less visible side of an architect's work - mistakes, failures and experiences that build professional maturity. This topic was further developed during the panel discussion "The Cost of Experience. Mistakes that shape mature design," moderated by Justyna Siejka (HSH Consulting).

The conversation was attended by both architects and KNX experts, who emphasized the importance of communication, responsibility and the ability to learn from failures in the design process.
Man, nature and technology in one space
One of the strongest points of the program was a lecture by the Studio Organic duo - Aga Kobus and Grzegorz Goworek - dedicated to the harmony between man, nature and technology. The designers talked about neuroarchitecture and design based on emotions, relationships and individual user needs.

Their presentation fit perfectly with the main idea of the event, showing that the future of architecture is based not only on technological innovation, but above all on empathy and conscious experience design.
An international perspective was brought to the program by Patricia Bustos from Madrid. Her presentation on designing emotion through light, color and matter was an inspiring look at architecture as a tool for building user experience and relationship with space.

Also complementing the program was a lecture by Benedykt Kawecki, who presented the garden as an integral extension of interior architecture - a space that combines nature, light and technology into one harmonious living ecosystem.
The common language of architects and integrators
Discussions on interprofessional cooperation were also an important part of the conference. The panel "Bridge or Wall? On conflicts in the architect-integrator relationship" showed how important it is today to build a common language between designers and experts in new technologies.
Panelists pointed out that only close cooperation of all parties of the investment process allows to create spaces that are truly intelligent, functional and aesthetically coherent.

The unique location of the event further emphasized its character. Skyliner's modern architecture, panoramic views of Warsaw and the refined interiors of Look Up Events created the perfect backdrop for discussions about the future of design.
The second edition of the Future Architecture Forum showed that the architecture of the future is no longer just a vision of technological progress. It is first and foremost the conscious design of space that responds to real human needs, supports human well-being and creates a harmonious relationship between design, technology and everyday life.
