The Park Warsaw is a complex of office buildings, located in Warsaw's Włochy district on Krakowiaków Street. The first fully sufficient complex of its kind in Poland.
Behind the high standard of workmanship, creating a comfortable place for business, there is also a beautifully landscaped green area. Maintaining this type of greenery for the longest possible period of the year requires the use of appropriate drainage mats, products dedicated to green roofs.
Properly made green roof accumulates water, thanks to the check the walkways, sidewalks in all weather conditions allow movement on a dry surface, there is no water stagnation.
Increasingly popular green building is based on solutions that are good for the environment and the overall comfort of the user. Green space means clean air which plants filter. An important element is noise suppression which is unavoidable in this type of office buildings.
To provide ideal solutions, products have been used:
- Delta Floraxx Top, Delta Terraxx, Delta Terrax TP
- Floraxx Top - 10,000 m², Terraxx - 7,000 m², Terrax TP - 6,000 m².
The project will include twelve Class A office buildings, with a total leasable area of about 130,000 sqm. The buildings are being constructed in accordance with Breem certification. The project was designed by the APA Wojciechowski studio. Investor: White Star. Investment implemented in stages. First stage completed in 2012, planned completion of stage VI is 2020.
