Mogilska Apartments in Krakow built with Schöck solutions. Approximately 100 balconies using Schöck Isokorb® thermal insulation connectors with a fire resistance class of REI 120. The project was completed in Q4 2018.

The project consists of two 14-story residential buildings designed for the comfort of future residents. The entire project consists of 112 new apartments. The building has from 1 to 15 floors above ground including the first floor and 1 underground floor. Each apartment has been designed with the comfort of future residents in mind. Functional layouts provide the possibility of free arrangement and best fit the premises to their needs. Modern architecture, easy access to public transportation and recreational areas are other factors that will positively affect the quality of life of future residents. Mogilska Apartments are located just 2.4 km from the center of Krakow.

The Mogilska Apartments development, like many other prestigious developments throughout Poland, is being built using Schöck products. The investor decided to use comprehensive, reliable solutions for connecting balcony slabs to the building structure using Schöck Isokorb® thermal insulation connectors. This solution reduces heat loss through linear bridging. An additional advantage is the ability to dispense with traditional insulation of balcony slabs. The finish of the balcony slabs made in this way is more durable and has greater aesthetics. Approximately 100 balconies have been constructed in the building using Schöck Isokorb® thermal insulation connectors with fire resistance class REI 120.
