modern, original investment
Located in the very center of Częstochowa, the Stacja Kopernik apartment building has already been put into operation, and all 64 apartments and 7 commercial units have found buyers and tenants. The investment stands out against the background of its surroundings, i.e. the vicinity of the railroad station - its unique body combines in an extremely successful way the inspiration of stylish, historic tenement houses and innovative technologies.
The building features, among other things, large, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, providing optimal sunlight to the apartments, as well as numerous amenities - an underground garage hall, quiet elevators summoned via an app, a carefully designed common area, with music and relaxing aromas wafting through the lobby.
The eye-catching element is the elegant, original creation of the facades, which use complex external wall thermal insulation systems (ETICS) by Dryvit, an expert in this technology that introduced it to the Polish market.

For most of the building, the Drysulation Pro system, built on polystyrene, with low water absorption, weather-resistant, higher impact resistance, suitable for zones exposed to direct damage, was made. On the other hand, in areas where a mineral wool-based solution was necessary due to special fire requirements, the non-flammable Roxsulation Pro system was applied - in addition to its high class of reaction to fire, it is also vapor permeable and allows for a wide range of aesthetic effects.

sublime finishing materials
On the finishing layer, the modern flair of Copernicus Station's facades was given by the use of dark-colored materials combined with beige accents. The effect of subtle blips of light was achieved with high-quality decorative plasters with mica flakes, such as Ameristone T and Stone Mist T.
AmeristoneT is a granite-effect plaster. It is created from a mixture of colored aggregates embedded in an acrylic polymer binder. The visual effect is reminiscent of natural stone and is extremely durable, thanks in part to its high resistance to UV radiation. The facade of the Copernicus Station uses Ameristone T plaster in black and graphite colors, both with black mica flakes, which gave it a noble expression.

On the other hand, the fine-grained Stone Mist T plastering allows to achieve a sandstone effect with a delicate sheen, which is given by particles of mica. In the Stacja Kopernik project it was used locally, as a complement to the composition of the facade, which is dominated by Ameristone T plaster, and in the ground floor part in a shade of beige, which perfectly harmonizes with the dark creation of the whole.
Copernicus Station gives a modern and elegant face to the area around the railroad station in Częstochowa. Carefully designed and selected systems and façade materials determine the visual perception of the building, but, equally importantly, thanks to its effective thermal insulation, it promotes energy saving, and thus allows to reduce heating bills in winter and cooling in summer. In the case of this project, functionality and attractive aesthetics definitely go hand in hand
- said Rafał Garbat, Project Manager at Trust Investment.

In the Stacja Kopernik building in Częstochowa, in addition to complex external wall thermal insulation systems and Dryvit facade materials, other solutions manufactured by Tremco CPG Poland were used. Examples include TP610 illmod Eco expansion tapes and SP525 sealants from illbruck, an expert in sealing and bonding the joints of windows, doors and facades in energy-efficient and passive buildings.
