Apartment building "Święty Wojciech 27". Spacious terraces with Schöck Isokorb® connectors.

18 of April '21

The intimate apartment building "Święty Wojciech 27" is an investment of a higher standard designed for the most demanding. The minimalist architecture of the building fits perfectly into the line of historic townhouses of the historic neighborhood. The building will have 4 residential floors and commercial premises on the first floor. Its shape will resemble the letter C, inside which will be an intimate courtyard. An important role in the facade of the building will be played by natural stone, complemented by fiber-cement panels.

The development includes 26 apartments ranging in size from 26 m² to 132 m², with spacious terraces using Schöck Isokorb® connectors. An underground garage hall, storage units and outdoor bicycle racks have been designed. The height of the apartments is about 280 cm. This height of the rooms will allow for many interior design possibilities and designer lighting. The courtyard will feature a stylish sculpture that will emphasize the artistic character of the common areas. "Swiety Wojciech 27" has a unique location: in the historic part of the city, near St. Adalbert's Hill, and within walking distance of the Old Market Square.

Schöck Isokorb® connectors a guarantee of heat retention and protection against the formation of mold in residential buildings.

Quality and reliability for future residents are guaranteed by the Schöck connectors installed in the balconies. A total of 135 Schöck Isokorb® connectors with fire resistance class REI 120 were installed in the balconies, and LD expansion studs were also used. Leaving a balcony or balustrade without any thermal insulation means very high heat loss and a high risk of mold formation due to the severely reduced temperature on the surface of the partition.
