Aluron is introducing its revolutionary ASH 80 HYBRID hybrid window and door system to Klaes software - one of the world's leading ERP systems for the window, door, facade and conservatory industry. As a result, woodwork manufacturers working on Klaes can design, price and prepare production of hybrid structures in a familiar software environment, taking full advantage of the process automation capabilities Klaes offers.
Hybrid technology within reach of Klaes users
ASH 80 HYBRID is a groundbreaking system in the premium window segment. It combines exterior aluminum profiles with a plastic core. The synergy of these materials ensures a modern aluminum design, high thermal and acoustic insulation, lower structural weight and competitive manufacturing costs. The use of aluminum sections made it possible to eliminate steel reinforcements from the interior of the profiles, which further reduces the weight of the windows and speeds up processing.
With the full availability of ASH 80 HYBRID at Klaes, designers can quickly create large-scale structures while maintaining visual consistency with Aluron's other aluminum systems: lift-and-slide, doors and facades.
One of the key advantages of the ASH 80 HYBRID system is that it can be produced on existing PVC joinery lines - without having to invest in an aluminum fabrication line. The system has been adapted to work with typical hardware for plastic joinery, and thanks to the PVC hardware notch it is possible to use automatic hardware.
By making ASH 80 HYBRID available in Klaes software, we are giving our partners a tool that combines the advantages of hybrid technology with the capabilities of one of the most modern systems for managing joinery production in the world," stressed Aluron sales director Lukasz Kucharczyk. - Companies that are already working on Klaes can practically "overnight" introduce the advanced hybrid sys-tem into their offerings, without costly changes to the machine park.
