New infrastructure and traditional methods

Newtechnical infrastructure combined with traditional methods is the way to develop sustainable structures. The user-friendly nature of the space is a result of the appropriate placement of rooms in buildings. Those where users regularly spend time have been placed in the northern part - thus they are least exposed to sunlight.

Czech accent in Africa

Above all, the Czech accent is the furniture by prominent designer Jidrich Halabala. The modern and universal character of Halabala's furniture has ensured that it has not lost its popularity. Thanks to their refined forms, they bring the spirit of Czech modernism into interiors and provide comfort of use. They give character to simple, minimalist spaces.

Separate forms create a homogeneous complex

The designed buildings form a homogeneous complex while being separate forms. Functional zones intersect, providing privacy for users of individual areas. The layout of the buildings clearly delineates public, semi-private and private zones. It creates heterogeneous spaces that encourage exploration, fostering outdoor activities. Water, which is an integral part of the complex, makes the resulting outdoor spaces welcoming. The project brings together people, nature and architecture, which reflects the identity of the place with its character.
