Recruitment is underway for the postgraduate program "Investment and design in health care"

The Faculty of Architecture at Poznan University of Technology has announced recruitment for the next edition of postgraduate studies„Investment and design in health care”, conducted in cooperation with the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznan. The studies last two semesters and are aimed at architects and female architects interested in the problems of designing health care facilities and those holding managerial positions in health care institutions. The studies are under the patronage of the Wielkopolska Chamber of Physicians.

Postgraduate studies „Investment and design in health care” are a response to the needs of the socio-economic environment, as well as the global demographic situation and the increase in demand for health care services. The purpose of training in this field is to obtain postgraduate qualifications in investment design and management in health care. During the course of study, students acquire comprehensive knowledge, providing theoretical and practical skills necessary for design and management in modern health care.

For whom. The studies are addressed to architects and architects, as well as people in managerial positions in public and non-public health care institutions, and managers of health care institutions, institutions related to public health, health insurance and all those interested in the issues of design in health care institutions. The offer is also addressed to investors and doctors.

The studies have been assigned to the following academic disciplines:

  • architecture and urban planning (60%),
  • health care (20%),
  • management and organization in health care (20%).

The lectures are given by experienced lecturers from the Faculty of Architecture of the Poznan University of Technology, Poznan University of Medical Sciences and Poznan University of Economics. Among the invited lecturers are also recognized practitioners, hospital designers and managers of health care facilities.

Classes are held on a full-time basis in the modern premises of the Faculty of Architecture at the Poznań University of Technology Campus, in the center of Poznań.

Recruitment for the summer semester 2023/24 lasts until February 29, 2024. Details as well as the study program and electronic recruitment are available on the study website.
