Cult places in Krakow

11 of March '24

Think you know Krakow inside out? There is much more to this city than Wawel Castle and the dragon, the Market Square and the bugle call of St. Mary's Church. Mateusz Zmyślony talks about what places to visit while in Krakow in a vlog about cities - City Break for Advanced!

Mateusz Zmyślony, a pioneer of place marketing in Poland and creative director of the Open Eyes Economy Summit congress, has been spinning tales about Polish (and not only) big cities on A&B. In his new series, he takes us on joint walks through the most interesting nooks and crannies of European cities, encouraging us to explore them on our own.

Cult Krakow

In his visual storytelling City Break for Advanced, Zmyślony has already taken us to Lublin, Szeczcin, and the walkable parts of Krakow.

In the second episode of the Krakow trilogy, we discover Kazimierz with its many hearts and Podgórze with the mound of the legendary Krak. We'll visit Plac Nowy, around which the iconic Okrąglak, famous for its casseroles, revolves, find out where the mysterious closet leads, and dive into the best food track revues. We will also find out what was the game changer in the relationship between Kazimierz and Podgórze, we will see the smallest temple in the city and fragments of the preserved ghetto wall. We invite you to join us on a trip around Krakow!
