Neolith® in the home interior metamorphosis program entitled. "Celebrity IOU"

28 of April '20

Neolith® was featured in the HGTV channel's latest hit show called "Celebrity IOU." The new program is based on the popular series of real estate makeover programs featuring Drew and Jonathan Scott, titled "Property Brothers." In the program, the Scott brothers help Hollywood celebrities express their gratitude to the people who have made an impact on their lives; the stars give them beautiful home renovations as gifts.

The second episode of the show's debut season aired on April 20. In the episode, comedic actress Melissa McCarthy, known for the films "Bridesmaids" and "Ghostbusters," decides to give her aunt and uncle a surprise, i.e. a renovation of their home in Chicago. Both are retired police officers who have dedicated their lives to helping others.

We were delighted that our brand was chosen for this project and was featured in such a fascinating and touching program alongside some of the world's greatest TV and film talents," says Mar Esteve Cortés Neolith® Director.

The project used the Blanco Carrara de Neolith® model for the kitchen wall panel, countertops and island. A Zaha Stone model was chosen for the fireplace. Two rooms were modernized. One was turned into a "retreat" on the first floor, allowing the actress' aunt to cook food and receive guests.

Neolith was perfect for this episode, and thanks to the efforts of the entire design team, a beautiful creation was created. The kitchen's two-tone color scheme and the elegant neutral fireplace in the living room are a truly stylish combination for this modern metamorphosis of the house," adds Mar Esteve Cortés Neolith® Director.

All Neolith® materials used in the episode featuring Melissa McCarthy were provided in collaboration with Neolith® distribution partner Stone Design, based in Glendale Heights, Illinois.
