Cerrad has been recognized internationally for its exceptional industrial design. The Marquina Gold and V-shape Mattina collections won gold and silver awards in the international A'Design Award in the building materials and components category.
The A'Design Award & Competition is one of the largest, most prestigious and recognized design competitions in the world. Winning the award symbolizes not only exceptional design excellence. It also underscores the originality and functionality of the marketed product.

TheA'Design Award & Competition, known as the indictments of design, was created to promote the best design work in all countries and in the widest variety of disciplines. The primary goal of A'Design Award & Competition is to develop global awareness and understanding of good design by highlighting, honoring the best designs. The A'Design Awards also aim to motivate designers, companies and brands around the world to create exceptional products and designs that benefit society as a whole. All entries were judged by an independent, international jury.
Golden A'Design Award for Marquina Gold collection
TheMarquina Gold collection will make any interior elegant, classy and chic. It is a proposal primarily for supporters of elegant, timeless interiors decorated with a subtle reference to the latest trends. The tonal pattern of the tiles perfectly reproduces the intricate network of veins of natural stone. Thanks to the use of the latest technology, the stoneware tiles, colored in the mass, are extremely durable and resistant, which makes them ideal for arranging any space. Thanks to LamGea technology, the tiles have a deep texture and a perfect reproduction of the stone surface at a thickness of just 6 mm. Complementing the design character of the tile is the use of specialized technology and additives, thanks to which a "play of light" was achieved on the surface of the tile.

Silver A'Design Award for V-shape Mattina tile
The answer to the needs of designers and architects was to create stoneware tiles faithfully imitating wood, thanks to which we will develop a full stair tread with a single element. Thanks to a unique technology, we designed V-shape treads that complement the range of wall and floor tiles, providing new opportunities to create a coherent and harmonious arrangement of, among others, a two-story living room, lobby or stylish terrace. In the process of creating the tiles, modern, ecological design, functionality and versatility were extremely important to us. Cerrad is one of two manufacturers of tiles with this technology in the world.
