Kórnicka project using Schöck technology

15 of August '22

Kórnicka is a development of multi-family buildings in Poznań. The investment is located just 2.4 km from the Old Town. The neighborhood is well connected with the rest of the city. Nearby are green areas and commercial and recreational infrastructure facilities. The estate consists of buildings with a height of 6 floors, modern design, minimalist architectural style.

The layout uses a simple block, the facade - white and gray plaster, metal balcony railings, large windows. The development is designed with one-, two-, three- and four-room residential units. The square meters range from about 35 to 110 square meters. Each apartment has a terrace, balcony or loggia.

Balconies on Kórnicka with Schöck

The balconies use Schöck Isokorb® solutions. Thermal bridges formed at the cantilevered elements of the structure are a common cause of increased heat loss, the formation of moisture on the walls or fungal growth. Schöck's load-bearing thermal insulation elements are the highest technological level for minimizing thermal bridges.
