The European Property Awards is one of the most prestigious international competitions in the architecture and interior design industry, recognizing innovative residential and commercial real estate projects. Evaluations were made by more than 100 independent industry experts, taking into account the quality, originality and innovation of the projects. The New Beginning project impresses with its modern approach to classic elegance, harmoniously combining a variety of structures and colors.
The kitchen, with its dominant mirrored cabinetry, creates the effect of enlarging the space, while the subtle juxtaposition of materials adds sophistication to the interior.
The living room, connected to the dining room and kitchen, is kept in subdued colors, which are enlivened by a copper sofa. The centerpiece of the space is an original wooden table with asymmetrical legs in walnut.

The bathrooms are exceptional examples of elegant spatial solutions. The upstairs bathroom features a free-standing bathtub and shower stall, while warm walnut veneers and large mirrors optically enlarge the space. In the small guest restroom, the attention is drawn to the glass circular washbasin, harmoniously blending with the walnut cabinetry.
The bedroom is an example of subtle elegance - a veneer-warmed wall behind the bed with a geometric motif emphasizes the minimalist but sophisticated character of the interior. An interesting element is the contrasting black ceiling, which adds a modern touch to the whole.

The hallway catches the eye with its handmade floor in the form of a mosaic of broken stone, and the arches in the staircase balustrade, custom-made, emphasize the individual character of the project.
The New Beginning project is a perfect example of the harmony of modernity with timeless elegance, which undoubtedly contributed to winning this prestigious award. The entire studio is looking forward to the next stages of the competition, hoping for international recognition.
Keep your fingers crossed for the continued success of MGN Architectural Studio!
