It is with sadness that we say goodbye to Professor Stanislaw Juchnowicz, an architect, urban planner and long-time employee of the Krakow University of Technology. Professor Juchnowicz was, among other things, co-author of the urban plan for Nowa Huta, founder of the Scientific Council of the Center for the Training of Urban Planners for Developing Countries (now: the PK International Training Center) and co-founder of the Polish Ecological Society.
